  • To avoid disappointment bookings are essential for large groups. For large groups we highly recommend our banquet. For groups who choose to order individually we do not guarantee the differences in timing of serving your meals. We do not compensate for any delay, mix-up or if your meal goes missing. Please be patient and check with our floor staff.
  • Mastercard, Bancard, Visa and Eftpos are available (Min. transaction $30). No cheques please.
  • One bill per table ¡V for large groups preferring to order from the A la Carte menu we are happy to provide access to calculators for you to organize the bill between yourselves. We do not take individual payments from your guests please arrange payments with your party organizer. All prices include GST.
  • Dress code ¡V smart casual. Wheelchair access is provided. Please call to reserve a table that is easily accessible.
  • At Bali Grill we put every effort into accommodating to your special requirements and allergies. However, due to the complications involved in Asian cuisine and its cooking process, we cannot give a 100% guarantee that certain products will not be in our foods. For serious food allergies we wish our customers to make their own decisions on selecting their meals. We do not take responsibility for your decisions and we do not guarantee that we can fulfill your special requirement. Please ask for the manager ONLY to assist you in making an informed decision.
  • Meals can not be changed once the order is placed and charges apply.
  • For special occasions if you wish to bring a cake for the celebration we are happy to serve this for your group. Cake charge charged per head which includes plates and spoons only. No ice-cream cake. No BYO Ice-cream or cream. No other food or drinks are allowed on the premises.
  • For parents bringing their children please be aware of the hot food we are carrying, we appreciate your kids not running around the dining room.
  • THE BALI GRILL RESTAURANT IS A FULLY LICENSED RESTAURANT, customers who choose to bring their own wine will have to pay a corkage fee for each person to cover costs of wine glasses and ice buckets, if necessary. We do not take responsibility for damages or loss of your wine. Under the liquor license legislation customers with BYO wine are requested to put their names, address and contact number on their bottles of wine. You may choose to keep/or open wine yourself, corkage charges still apply.
  • In accordance with our policies we do not allow photos to be taken of our dishes.
  • We appreciate that customers repect our policies; we reserved the right to decline our service to you. All ingredients and produce in our menu are subjected to the availabilty of the season.
