Sarah has joined the management team as a stragetic management consultant. While Kym is on holidays Sarah is filling in as your host.

While Kym & Henry travel the globe exploring delicious new and exotic recipes a new sous chef Liam has joined our Bali Grill team. Liam is passionate about food & his influence can be found on some of our new dishes. All your old favorites are still here!

Vanessa is our weeknight Food & Beverage extrordinaire and on the weekends she pursues her passion as a jazz singer.... look out for her around Brisbane with Monkey Trumpet
